Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the equipment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
